Exchange & Return
If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods, you may return them back to us within a period of 14 days without specifying a reason. The 14-day period starts on the day in which you receive your order. Please find all legal information about returns in the “Right OF WITHDRAWAL” section below. We recommend you two options how to start the return process which are not mandatory:
Option 1: Please fill the electronic withdrawal form below at this page with all required information and press the button “SEND”. We send you a withdrawal confirmation after a short check of data.
Option 2: Log in to your customers area and go to “MY ORDERS” section. In that section you can select the option “RETURN” by pressing the button. This will lead you to the pre-filled withdrawal form. Please check the pre-filled data and press the button “SEND”. We send you a withdrawal confirmation after a short check of data.
Please send the parcel in appropriate packaging back to us with the logistics company of your choice. We generally recommend shipping with the online tracking option. The payment will be refunded within one business day after examination of the return. If you would like an exchange, we send the new item without shipping charges.
For shippings from outside European Union we recommend to use regular post with online tracking option and no express shipping companies (e.g. Fedex). Correct declaration of the parcel is “Returned Goods” attaching the original invoices.

Important Notices for Exchanges & Returns
Please notice the folloing impotan information:
- If you wish to exchange a purchased item for another size, color, or a different model, please inform us prior to return via E-Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or insert the particular notice in the returned box.
- Client is generally responsible for the return shipping charges. Please contact our service department immediately in case you receive wrong or damaged goodsvia phon or E-mail. We will take care to pick up and exchange these goods – Fashion Rooms will pay for the shipping in such case.
- Please return the purchased goods in original condition using as far possible the original or other appropriate packaging and try to pack the goods the way you received them. The original tags should be not removed or broken. Please be aware that Fashion Rooms adds an own security tag to most of the items.
- We advise you to try out shoes on a carpet and send them back in the original box.
Refunds and Refund Period
- Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original payment. It will be made on the same account, Paypal account, credit card etc., that you have originally used.
- The shipping costs for the standard shipping will be reimbursed. If you have selected the Express shipping option for your order, the standard shipping costs of the respective country will be reimbursed.
- The refund or the shipping of the exchange goods are usually processed within one business day after the receipt of the return.
- Please notice that refunds on credit card need different amounts of time depending on the issuing bank – this process is beyond our control. Refunds to bank accounts need 1-3 business days usually.
Revocation right for consumers
(A ‘consumer' is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)
Instructions for revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days with effect from the day,
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the products, provided you had ordered one or more products within the scope of a standard order and this/these product/products is/are delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, had taken possession of the last product, provided you had ordered several products within the scope of a standard order and these products are delivered separately;
In order to exercise your revocation right, you must inform us (Davis Scheyko, Am Korresberg 16, 40699 Erkrath, Telephone number: +49-211-41608286, E-Mail address: email@example.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent via post, fax or email). You can use the enclosed specimen revocation form for this, which however is not mandatory.
You can also electronically fill up and send the specimen revocation form or another clear declaration on our website (https://www.fashion-rooms.com/en/). If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the receipt of such a cancellation.
In order to safeguard the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from that fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.
You must return or transfer the products to us or Mail Boxes Etc., Mailbox 254 (Fashion Rooms), Steinhof 5a / Haus 2, 40699 Erkrath, Deutschland immediately and, in any case, at the latest within fourteen days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline.
You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features and functionality of the products.
Criteria for exclusion or expiry
The revocation right is not available for contracts
- for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer;
- for delivery of products, which can spoil quickly or whose use-by date would be exceeded quickly;
- for delivery of alcoholic drinks, whose price was agreed at the time of concluding the contract, which however can be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and whose current value depends on the fluctuations in the market, on which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts. The revocation right expires prematurely in case of contracts
The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts
- for delivery of sealed products, which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after the delivery;
- for delivery of products if they have been mixed inseparably with other goods after the delivery, owing to their condition;
- for delivery of sound or video recording or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after the delivery.
